A visit to Bosnia guarantees a unique experience. Rugged nature and a completely different street scene. The apartment offers a neat and cozy base from which you can discover this!
The apartment is on the ground floor and has an area of approximately 65 square meters. The living room has French doors that provide access to the front garden of the house, which offers a view of the river Una and the surrounding hills and mountains.
The apartment has a living room, an open kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and an electric stove with oven. The bedroom with the double bed (width of 180 centimeters) is very spacious. The other bedroom offers a bunk bed with three twin beds. The bathroom has a rain shower. In the spacious hall is a washing machine that can of course be used. All rooms have underfloor heating.
The apartment is the ground floor of the house in which we live on the first floor. The backyard has a cozy veranda with an outdoor kitchen, a trampoline, two swings and a nest swing. Welcome to enjoy this spacious garden!

We have been living in Bosnia as a family since 2017 and therefore know the country and the language quite well. Bosnia is a beautiful country with raw edges. We enjoy the rugged nature that is always close by. In the summer we swim and sail in the cold Una river right in front of the house. We are happy to help you with our experience to discover this impressive country!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
