The villa is on the outskirts of Stolac (5000 inhabitants).

The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor. You will find here a very modern bathroom and separate toilet with a spacious bedroom. The kitchen and spacious living room (almost 50 m2) are also on this level. There is heating and air conditioning and a connection for TV and WiFi.

From the living room you have access to the large outdoor terrace of 20 m2, partly covered with a panoramic view of the surroundings and a view of the ruins of the old city.

Via a stone staircase you reach the first floor with its own large bathroom and toilet, air conditioning and 2 bedrooms.

From the central hall you have access to the basement in the basement and a garage of almost 20m2 and an automatic door.

The house has its own alarm system and is equipped with sound hinges and locks. There is a fence around the villa.

It was delivered in 2018 and built with the best materials.

We are Ruzica and Ante Bilos. We have been living in the Netherlands since 1969 and are the proud parents of 3 children and 5 grandchildren. We spend part of our time in Herzegowina. We have had the house in Stolac (near Mostar, the waterfalls of Krawize and Medjugorije) built in-house and now want to offer it for rent. It has become a beautiful modern house and we think it fits well with tenants from the Netherlands who want to get to know the area better.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

PRICES OVERVIEW:

- for the whole house: 45 euros per night, 100 euros per weekend, 270 euros midweek and 315 euros per week

The price is all-in and therefore includes all service costs (electricity, water etc).
However, a deposit of 1/4th of the total rent is requested.

You can ask questions to the owners, who speak excellent Dutch.
