The walled resort Courtyard Village is located in Kralendijk and is within walking distance of the boulevard, sea and the center with shops and restaurants. Villa 5 green is located on the resort and is a villa of 105m2 with a large garden. The house has a spacious living room with open kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has a spacious porch where you can sit quietly and there is also a nice hammock in the garden. Behind the house there is room to rinse diving/snorkel gear and an outdoor shower. You can park your car in the parking lot near the house on your own property.
There are several ceiling fans for the necessary cooling. The bedrooms have air conditioning. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There are both 220 Volt and 110 Volt connections in the house; No need to take travel plugs with you!
The resort has a beautiful magna swimming pool and a children's pool that all guests can use.
The DiveFactory diving school is also present at the park, where guests can rent their diving equipment and bottles at a discount. Taking a diving course is also possible.
The beds are made upon arrival and (bath) towels are provided. Washing can be done in between via reception. Final cleaning is mandatory. If additional cleaning is required in between, this can be arranged through reception. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are available in the house.
The house has a baby cot and a high chair. Please indicate when booking whether you would like to use this.
You can always send your questions to us via micazu and we will respond as quickly as possible. The house is managed by the park managers, Mark & Leah, who can be reached via reception and by mobile phone. You can also use the airport service through them: they can pick you up and take you to the airport. This costs $20 per ride, which can be arranged through reception
Both check-in and check-out time of the house is at 5:00 PM.
The adjacent villa (villa 5 yellow) is also available for rent for larger groups.
