The walled resort Courtyard Village is located in Kralendijk and is within walking distance of the boulevard, sea and the center with shops and restaurants. Villa 5 green is located on the resort and is a villa of 105m2 with a large garden. The house has a spacious living room with open kitchen with refrigerator, an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has a spacious porch where you can sit quietly and in the garden there is also a nice hammock. You can also use the BBQ in the garden. Behind the house there is space to rinse diving/snorkeling gear and an outdoor shower. You can park your car in the parking lot at the house on site.
There are several ceiling fans for the necessary cooling. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. There are both 220 Volt and 110 Volt connections in the house; You don't need to bring travel plugs!
The resort has a beautiful magna pool and a children's pool that all guests can use.
Diving school DiveFactory is also present at the park where guests can rent their diving equipment and tanks at a discount, taking a diving course is also possible.
On arrival, the beds are made and (bath) towels are provided. It is possible to wash in between at the reception. The final cleaning is mandatory. If it is desirable to do extra cleaning in between, this can be arranged at the reception. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are available in the house.
In the house there is a baby cot and a high chair. Please indicate when booking whether you want to make use of this.
You can always send your questions to us via micazu and we will respond as soon as possible. The management of the house is done through the managers at the park, Mark & Leah, who can be reached via the reception and by mobile. Through them you can also use the airport service: they can pick you up and take you to the airport. Costs are 20 dollars per ride, to be arranged at the reception
Both check-in and check-out time of the house is at 17:00.
For larger groups, the adjacent villa (villa 5 yellow) is also available for rent.
