Villa 23 is located on the completely walled Courtyard Village resort with 2 electronically operated entrance gates. The villa is 128 m2 and has a spacious living room with open kitchen/diner. The spacious living room has a 3-person sofa, 2 armchairs, cable TV and ceiling fan. Adjacent to the living room is the terrace, which is built on the wind and provides cooling. The open kitchen is equipped with an American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob with 4 cooking zones and a combination oven/microwave. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine, guests can use the washing machine.
In total, the villa has 2 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan, each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet.
The bedrooms have sufficient cupboard space, are equipped with split-unit air conditioning, ceiling fans and box-spring beds. All other rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan and the high ceilings create a spacious effect. The plot is 560 m2 and has a spacious terrace with dining table and chairs. There are also sunbeds and a hammock. The completely walled garden is planted with tropical plants, flowering shrubs and different types of palm trees.
The communal swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for small children is 50 meters away. of the villa, so no irritating chlorine for the eyes and skin.
The villa is within walking distance of the center of Kralendijk where the cozy bars and restaurants are located. The nearest beach is approximately 500 meters from the resort. Parking on site is possible under a carport, which is completely closed by a remote-controlled entrance gate.

The villa is equipped with several 220 and 110 volt connections.
The installed solar panels and solar boiler make the villa energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
Near the exit of the resort there is a supermarket for small groceries, which is very handy. We assume that you would like to change the bed linen yourself.
There is sufficient bedding in the villa, the washing machine is available to wash bed linen, bath towels and clothes. If you would like the villa to be cleaned in between, please ask for the costs and indicate how often you want the cleaning to take place.
There is also a diving school at the park where you can rent diving equipment or have bottles filled.
Taking a diving course is also possible.
