Villa 1 (A) is located on the fully walled resort Courtyard Village with 2 electronically operated entrance gates and a diving school for following courses or renting equipment. Courtyard Village is very conveniently located just 300 meters walk from the Caribbean sea and the boulevard of Kralendijk with its many shops and restaurants.
The villa is 120 m2 in size and has a spacious living room with air conditioning, a loft, high Caribbean ceilings, sofas, cable TV and an open kitchen with all appliances such as an American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, oven and microwave.
A Bosch washing machine is available in the storage room, guests can use this.
The villa has two bedrooms with air conditioning, wardrobe and ceiling fan, each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The high ceilings also give a spatial effect here. There is plenty of bedding available. The first floor has its own terrace with nice views.
The plot is 405 meters in size and has a spacious terrace with dining table and 6 chairs. There are also sunbeds available.
The communal magna pool is 50 meters from the villa.
Parking is possible on site, which can be completely closed off by a gate.
Car rental is possible at the Resort. Finally, a supermarket for daily shopping can be found next to the exit of the Resort.
The villa is also available for rent for the medium term (3 to 6 months) for which an adjusted monthly rate applies.
