Our new apartment is located on the first floor and is super spacious with an open character, lots of natural light and equipped with a spacious living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, luxurious bathroom and a large covered balcony.

The apartment
The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, water cooker and all kitchen utensils. The two spacious bedrooms each have a King-size box spring (200x180), of course there is also the possibility for 4 x 1 bed, air conditioning, bedside tables and an open wardrobe. The spacious bathroom with a double sink, rain shower and toilet is located between the two bedrooms . The balcony is spacious with the 2 patio doors that connect the living room and balcony into one spacious living space

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A notification of this by telephone must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
