Beautiful unique location at the foot of the second highest mountain of Bonaire, Seru Largu.
A modern apartment, located on a famous street for walking and jogging. Beautiful view in the middle of Bonaire's natural habitat. Because it seems like you are far away from all the restaurants and beaches, just because you are in the middle of nature, it is only a 5 minute drive to the first beach and restaurants. The apartment is cute and very well designed, but the biggest draw is the view from your private terrace that overlooks the garden and mountains. The location is very quiet, although you occasionally hear birds in the morning. Although the unit is attached to the house, it feels incredibly private. You may occasionally receive a visit from our pets, but the animals are very sweet and well-behaved and will leave immediately if you say so. The wifi is super good too!

My name is Greetje, I have been living on the beautiful island of Bonaire for 11 years now. I'm originally from Drenthe/Twente, which is in the Netherlands. I love nature and that's why we live in the middle of it now, but not too far from all the shops, restaurants and beaches. I live here with Jeffrey and our pets such as chickens, turtles, cats and dogs. When you book at finest apartments you will sometimes come across them for a pet or 2.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
