Welcome to our cottage 'Akkerland' located in the second smallest village in Belgium: Zandvoorde near Zonnebeke.
It is an enchanting region where you can walk, cycle or completely relax.
Our guest house is equipped with every comfort.
You can cook in the fully and modern equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. You can have breakfast in line with the kitchen island or at the separate dining table. The sitting area is located in the same room next to the kitchen. The gas heater makes it extra cozy and warm in winter.
Downstairs there is a storage room with washing machine and dryer.
The infrared sauna is free to use and relaxes your muscles. You can freshen up afterwards in a separate bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 m and a separate sofa bed for 1 person, in this room there is also space for an extra bed, so 4 adults can sleep in this room. There is a second room with a double bed of 1.60 m. An extra cot can be added in each bedroom. You can bring these yourself.
When booking for 2 to 3 people, we provide the master bedroom.
If you want 2 bedrooms, you need to book for 4 people.
The swim spa with jacuzzi is located outside on the terrace and can be booked separately for a supplement. At the back you can fully enjoy the flat landscape and the sun on the south-facing terrace. There is an extra table with benches at the end of the garden so that you can also have breakfast in the morning in the sun.
The landscaped garden is securely closed off from the front/street side.
At the front you have a view of the church which is located within walking distance.
There is room to park 2 cars in the driveway.
We provide coffee, tea, kitchen, bed and bath linen, soap, shampoo and sufficient dishwasher tablets.
