Relax in our wonderful accommodation in nature, bordering the forest. Also child-friendly and dogs are allowed. Dogs and children cannot leave the garden because of the complete fence. For the children we have a play corner with a folding desk, colors and some toys.

In addition to the great surroundings, there is plenty to do in the area for young and old. Cities such as Maastricht, Hasselt, Valkenburg and Aachen are easy to reach by car. But the beautiful walking and cycling routes are also definitely worth it. Hoge Kempen National Park is the greenest candy and here you can walk beautiful routes through nature.

In our chalet there is a folder with all kinds of tips. Definitely worth going through. From Christmas markets, indoor playgrounds, restaurants, special outings and seasonal activities in the municipality or surrounding cities to shopping centers.

We are Tom & Maud and rent out our lovely chalet to introduce others to our unique place. We also stay here with our own family of 4 and in between we open it up for rental. There is plenty to do in the area, but you can also retreat into nature. Something for everyone.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The cleaning facilities at €50 are not included.
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord.

A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
