The house is located on a dune top, which provides a panoramic view over the dune area 'Simli' of Nieuwpoort.
The cozy sitting area, the bright and inviting living space has large windows, so you are always connected to the nature around. Here you can enjoy cosiness and comfort with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for culinary adventures and connects to the cozy dining room.
The bedrooms are spacious and have a soothing, modern interior, with an idyllic view of the dunes, open countryside and even the sea.
For extra relaxation, Villa Z' Evita has a large Finnish sauna, combined with infrared and color therapy. In the hot tub-jacuzzi with hydromassage you can relax and bubble. It is wonderful to relax there after a day at the sea or a long walk on the beach.
In the enclosed garden you can see the morning sun waking up over the dune landscape and in the evening you can have a nice barbecue at sunset. Thanks to the free parking spaces for 4 cars , the villa is easily accessible. A charging station is also available for electric cars.
