Child-friendly luxury holiday home "La Mouche" located on the Semois. Barrel sauna - jacuzzi - good beds and mattresses - hyper equipped kitchen - billiards - computer console arcade - darts - ping pong table - petanque track - large barn and bbq - beautiful large finished garden. All this located in the most beautiful place in Vresse . The house is not located in a remote borough but in Vresse sur Semois itself. For weekend reservations from Friday to Sunday, you can check out on Sunday at 6 pm instead of 10 am. Departures on weekdays are always at 10 am unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Not included in the price: consumption of electricity at 0.60€ Kwh. We see the actual consumption from a distance and ask for a payment request after your stay.
The house has 7 bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor. There are a total of 5 double beds (160 x 200), 3 single beds and 1 bunk bed (80/90 x 200). There is also a baby cot l.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests must provide their own mattress cover, duvet cover and pillow cover. All duvets are single.
In the sitting area, which also opens onto the garden, there is conviviality, here are 4 lounges, 2 coffee tables, digital TV, wood stove, mood lighting and in the winter months the Christmas tree. Do not use wood-burning stoves from May 15 to September 15.
There are 3 bathrooms all equipped with shower, sink. There are a total of 4 toilets in the building.
The children can enjoy themselves inside in the games room which is equipped with a ping-pong table, darts board, billiards, game console and football table. This space is the ideal alternative when the weather is not so good.
Outside, guests can go into the indoor jacuzzi, sauna and can also use the large barn where everyone can sit. There is a bbq and there is a small outdoor kitchen that you can use except during the freezing periods
Also at 20 meters is the Semois. You can kayak or rent bicycles here. You can fish and swim in the Semois. There is a shop where you can buy fishing equipment at 80 meters.
There is good wifi in the house. There is gsm signal in the house.
Not included in the price is consumption of electrical appliances - You can charge electric cars but do not use the sauna, jacuzzi if you want to charge the car.
Vresse is a small village in the Semois valley, located in the middle of nature. The child-friendly house, and the accompanying relaxation room, barn and garden are ideal for a weekend out or a holiday for families with children or groups of friends.
There are 2 supermarkets within a 6-minute drive (Bohan and Alle), you can also find a bakery, a newspaper shop, butcher shop, pharmacy (Alle). There is a bread machine within walking distance (at the church)
Catering: You can but do not have to cook, there are really plenty of alternatives, some are even really great. When booking, I provide a list of where it is good but also where you should not be. You check in yourself and provide your code of the key safe upon arrival. I am not present on arrival. The gate at the back opens via a lock of which I will provide the code.
You can park in front of the house (2 cars) or at the back of the house (4 cars).

Please keep me informed of your departure time. There is a charging station for tenants with an electric car. The costs for the electricity will be settled after departure (consumption can be viewed remotely). The settlement is done at 0.60 €/Kwh
Depending on the period, use of sauna/jacuzzi, number of people, the costs can be up to 50€/night. If you also use the charging station, it can of course be higher.
On departure :
Bring glass to the glass container before departure (on steam locomotive)
Put all garbage in gray container before departure, put containers on the street side
Green waste in green container before departure
Put PMD in blue bags next to the containers.
