Villa Jannick is a recent and fully furnished holiday home (max 22 pers) in the beautiful and quiet area of Stavelot. The property has an indoor swimming pool of 42 m2, a beautiful 5 pers. jaccuzzi (inside) and a 6 pers Sauna with cedar wood. On the same floor there is also a relaxation room with ping-pong table and table football. In the large and well-equipped kitchen, every amateur chef can find something to his liking. Then you will find the cozy living room with OH and the TV corner with WIFI. On the upper floor there are six very spacious bedrooms (+ 24 m2) all equipped with a separate toilet and bathroom, which can facilitate the organization of a group holiday by preventing traffic jams in front of the bathroom door. All bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.
There is a large sun terrace (south facing) with sun loungers at the indoor pool. At the back of the house there is a terrace with sofas, garden with boules and BBQ.
There you will find yourself next to the river in an oasis of greenery and tranquility. The house has a family character and therefore bachelor parties and youth parties are not allowed.
Bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase) and towels are NOT provided.
In addition to offering a heavenly living space, this accommodation also has the advantage of being close to Stavelot, a tourist town particularly interesting for discovering the Belgian Ardennes. You can visit the city's famous abbey with its 3 museums (including the History Museum of the Principality of Stavelot), to learn more about the history of the region. A family outing that children will enjoy awaits you at the Coo Wild Park, where a little train will take you to discover the area's iconic animals. Or spend the day at Plopsa Coo, a unique amusement park located at the foot of the Coo waterfalls, in an exceptional natural setting. A multitude of other activities await you, from mountain biking (Ardennes Cycling) to climbing (Newlife Outdoor Activity).
