Villa VALENTINA was born for all those who want to fully enjoy their holiday, the cozy get-together and with a touch of luxury. Nothing has been left to chance. We have tried to create as much as possible the feeling of home when furnishing this house so that you can relax yourself, be pampered culinary and especially enjoy the quiet surroundings. Our exceptional vacation rental can accommodate 9 people. You will be welcomed  by our hostess and you will receive a tour of this beautiful house.
There are 4 bedrooms with a kingsized luxury box spring, private bathrooms equipped with Hotel Amenities, satellite TV. On arrival, the beds are already made 
Spacious living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, American fridge, combi micro oven, Senseo etc.)
Relaxation room equipped with bijlart, football game, air hockey and  café game with 3500 games and benches.
Pool house where one can enjoy breathtaking views from the jacuzzi. Finnish Sauna and shower are also available here.

We are an adventurous family that loves nature and outdoor activities. After a lot of searching, we found the perfect place in Durbuy, the smallest town in Belgium, to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday home offers us the ideal base for walks, bike rides and discovering the beautiful Ardennes. It is a place where we can relax together, enjoy nature and make new memories.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
