This with all the luxuries such as air conditioning and a dishwasher. The barrel sauna is to be enjoyed after a day of hard walking!

The cottage has a cozy bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, heated drying rack.

The equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker (senseo), toaster, kettle, blender, fridge with freezer, hob (4 burners), dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Cozy stay in the living room with flat screen TV (Netflix, VRT now, VTM go), to be viewed from the conformable bed.

From the bed you can also admire the greenery or the starry sky while lying down.

Outside there is a private terrace with sofa, 2 lounge chairs and a cozy sofa with fire pit and a gas BBQ.

Relax in the forest, no parties. We also have a charging station for charging your electric car.

The cottage has super pure drinkable water from its own facility that is tested every quarter.

Environment
The wooded area in the Belgian Ardennes provides an oasis of peace. Here you can enjoy hiking, MTB, mountain boarding, hiking or even experience a real adventure park through nature in the neighboring village (Fumay, FR). There are also several geocaches (micro, multi) nearby, one easier than the other, fun to search with or without children. If you prefer cozy dining, you can do so in the many restaurants in the picturesque villages near Oignies, Olloy, Nismes, Fumay, but also by takeaway and consumption in the cottage. The supermarkets (ADLI, Carrefour) are less than 5KM from the cottage. The Des Nobertins domain is located 700 meters from the geographical center of Europe.

I am Tim, a do-it-yourselfer who likes to build houses and give you a nice holiday. I like to use recycled materials and do upcycling. The Tiny house is completely self-built and uses recuperated materials, recycled solar panels, etc. as much as possible. I also diligently manage my own water supply in the domain which gives us super pure drinking water.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival/check-in : from 16:00

Departure/check out : before 10:30 am

If the tenant wishes to terminate the rent of the cottage, he must notify the landlord immediately. A telephone communication must be confirmed by post or e-mail. An amount of 100EUR is non-refundable, the remaining amount will be refunded to the same account number with which the balance of the rent and the deposit were paid. Exception to the above: in case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, the landlord has the right to withhold the full rent and only refund the deposit (and the costs for cleaning). If you are not allowed to move to the holiday home due to government measures, free cancellation in a voucher is possible.
