The house is located in the heart of the Ardennes, in the middle of a breathtaking forest and close to the river Ourthe. The area is ideal for walks and mountain biking. The house is very quietly located in a dead end street. The garden is completely fenced and guarantees you and your family peace and relaxation.

The driveway is closed by beautiful cast iron gates and there are two antique Scottish lanterns. The combination of the antique fencing and the natural garden gives the area an enchanting atmosphere. There is also a barbecue, a trampoline and garden chairs.

From the living room you have a beautiful view over the Ardennes hills. The door window depicts a nice panoramic landscape.

The living room has a wood stove. You can also heat the house with gas central heating. Each room is equipped with a heating element.

A new kitchen has just been installed, which connects to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all modern comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic hob, a convection oven, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. There is an EXTRA fridge with freezer for extra cooling space. In the kitchen cabinets you can find all kinds of cooking utensils such as plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and cooking pots.

The garden has a lot of relief structures going uphill. At the back there are fruit trees with heather grasses. The area has wooded vegetation and a wooded character.

In addition to the nice place, you can also stay in the snack bar 'Le Vieil Engreux', in the village of Houffalize, Bastogne (Bastogne), La Roche, ... Welcome @ Le Jardin We have nicely decorated the house to give you and your family a pleasant stay. The region is really worthwhile for a holiday in the real Ardennes. The rural landscape of untouched fauna and flora gives a fantastic feeling with it. Explanation of prices

The prices are excellent in terms of price / quality. If there are any questions about numbers or others, you can always ask us.

The owner reserves the right not to refund the deposit if the house has been left unsanitary or if there is a consumption of utilities and / or wood that is outside normal.

When booking up to a certain date, please vacate the property by 11am at the latest. If not, an extra day will be charged even if you leave an hour later.
Organisationally, it is usually impossible to stay seen later if another group has booked for that day, cleaning needs to be done in the meantime.
We hope for your understanding to comply with this.
At the time of reservation and when advances are paid, they are definitively acquired for the lessor. If the tenant unilaterally cancels the reservation, he is not entitled to a refund of any advances already paid.
