The cottage is located in the Sunclass Durbuy holiday park. The chalet is located 2.5 km from the historic center of the town. It is a cozy chalet with 2 terraces that offer an oasis of peace, surrounded by greenery. Sleeps up to 6 people. Pets (2) are welcome with us, at no extra cost. There is a lot to do in the area. The Deer Forest is the perfect place for a relaxing or active holiday! Something for everyone...
Our bungalow was renovated in 2023 and has a cozy living room on the ground floor with a large corner lounge and dining area overlooking the garden. An equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, Airfryer, microwave, oven, Senseo, coffee maker, raclette-gourmet machine and a number of basic products and spices in stock. Bathroom with sink, storage cupboard, shower, toilet and hairdryer.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: 1 room with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and TV, second room with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and double bed (140 x 200 cm) and an extra bed (90 x 200 cm) on the landing. The beds are all renewed box springs and a stair gate is available. This space has 2 storage cupboards.
A travel cot with mattress for baby, high chair, baby bath, toilet bowl and changing mat are always available.
There are 2 terraces, both with a lounge set, umbrellas and the terrace at the back has a garden set to fully enjoy sunny days. The terrace at the rear is fully fenced with a gate, for the safety of the four-legged friends who are traveling along. There is plenty of privacy between the different bungalows.
The cottage is equipped with free wifi, large smart TV with extensive channel selection, possibility to cast from Netflix and Disney+, if you are a subscriber. There is a radio and DVD player.
A wide range of books, magazines, board games, toys, DVDs and CDs are not lacking.
Free parking in front of the bungalow and a central location in the park. Since June 2025, a charging plaza for electric cars has been provided at the entrance to the park.
An indoor swimming pool, playgrounds, sports fields and a delicious brasserie are available at the park.
The total price includes: mandatory rental of bed linen, final cleaning, park fees, tourist / tourist tax and energy consumption.
Bath and kitchen towels must be provided by you or you can rent them on site at the reception.
A late check-out on Sundays (until 5 pm), outside school holidays is possible for an additional fee. Ask for the conditions.
