Welcome to my charming house with a beautiful view in the Belgian Ardennes, the house is located in a wooded domain of 44 hectares.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house. There is also a terrace of 3 x 6 meters with barbecue (bring charcoal) and in the dining room a wood stove that you are welcome to use (bring your own fire starters, small firewood, blocks of max. 30 cm and matches). There is also electric heating.
There is a bicycle shed available.

Many activities in the area, both indoors and outdoors. Playgrounds, castles (Freyr, Veves, Montaigle, Walzin...) beautiful walks or cycle routes, aqua park, caves of Han, Maredsous, Draisnes la Molignée, Fondry des chiens, lac des Bambois, kayak descent of the Lesse, île d'Yvoir paddle and boats, beautiful villages of Dinant Citadelle, war museum, electric boats, boat trips, Beauraing, Givet, laser game, paintball, Adventure Dinant and tree climbing, suspension bridge, restaurants where you can eat very well and bakeries. Too many to mention them all.

Dogs are welcome, 10 euros are charged for 1 or 2 dogs, 20 euros for 3 or 4 dogs, 30 euros for 5 or 6 dogs, price is per stay, so not per night.
Check-in is from 4 p.m., check-out is at the latest at 11 a.m.
The key is in the key box, you will receive a code from us.
This way you can arrive whenever you want or go shopping, walk or eat without having to wait for us.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation between the 90th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
