The 100m2 holiday home is located in Oostmalle, a village centrally located between Antwerp and Turnhout and close to the Dutch border, ideal for those who want to plan day trips to the various major cities in Belgium and the Netherlands. For walkers and cyclists the ideal place for long and short walks and bike rides through the beautiful nature of the Kempen.
The house has its own terrace and roof with BBQ.
There is also a communal, heated swimming pool in the garden that is only shared with the owners of the house. The swimming pool is open from May 15 to September 15. The large garden with pond and lots of greenery provides an oasis of peace.
A fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, a bathroom with walk-in shower complete the house.

I am Inneke and together with my husband we live in the other house. We are very hard seekers of peace ourselves and wanted to create a place where other people can also find that peace.

Explanation of prices

If for any reason the tenant wishes to cancel the booking, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only communicates on the start date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
