Spacious recently (2013) renovated and newly furnished apartment of 60m2 for up to 6 people. Possibly in combination for rent with adjoining apartment of 40m2. We have the house only since July and the pictures you see are the result of our work in July. The house is only rented from the opening of the ski season in december. Between now and the end of November we will further address the house. The full furniture in the house is new and is further expanded to the current photos. Tschagguns is centrally located in Montafon and provides access to 240 km of ski runs and many hiking in summer. Both in summer and in winter there are several other activities (eg Roller Coster, climbing park, Aktiv park and swimming pool). Tschagguns and the adjacent Schruns are lively charming villages with plenty of opportunity to go out to eat and to shop. The property consists of a spacious kitchen which was renewed in 2013, a generous second bedroom and a large living room with sofa bed and bedstead. We bought the house in 2013 and the following activities have been or are still made before the end of October 2013: - Frames in the whole house are replaced. - Ceilings, walls and woodwork painted in bright almost white colors. - New solid ash wood floor. - Completely new kitchen. - New furniture. We would be happy to see if arrival on Sunday is possible. This may allow you save the necessary time especially during Christmas, New Year and Carnival.
Since 2008 we are the happy owners of Villa Aloisia. We have carefully restored the house and we would do well to keep everything in the house and continue to improve each year. From our own experience we can tell you that staying in Hardelot-Plage is a unique experience because of the great location and the fine sand. This room is also the TV with Dutch channels. The bank is also comfortable sofa bed. It is a very comfortable sofa bed suitable for everyday use (you sleep on a real mattress). Besides the bed, there is also a cozy box bed for 2 persons
Completely new gemeublileerde cozy bedroom in modern Austrian style. Room has a 2 bed with high quality new mattresses (2 x 1 person). Wide kledingast. Direct access to spacious balcony with stunning views.

The 3rd bedroom is separated by letting the property of the function room. In the room is a sitting area (table with 2 chairs) and a comfortable sofa bed. This may, if desired, be folded up so that a daily basis, for example, the space can be used by children to watch TV or what to play. The room has a flat screen TV with all Dutch channels.
The bathroom has a bath, which can be, washbasin and WC. Also showered Although the bathroom is well maintained we will grow this next year. Main reason is the very prominent position of current 150 liter boiler and the lack of separate shower. However, the bathroom is very clean (fresh sealant seams and beautiful tiling). Bridge to next year, the renewed toilet and a thermostat on the bath and basin mixer posted.
Compact 2nd bathroom with shower. There is a separate water supply so both bathrooms can be used simultaneously without the pressure decreases or there is not enough hot water. Of course we provide towels and washcloths.
Spacious (18m2) brand new kitchen (July 2013). The kitchen is spacious enough for up to 6 to 8 people to eat (in the case of combined rental). It is a luxury kitchen with granite worktops and appliances (all of Siemens). The kitchen is next also excellent to use as a space to play games or drink as the living / bedroom used by children before bedtime. A glass Kitchen with access to large terrace.

Wij hebben er een heerlijke week gehad, ondanks een ski-ongeval op helaas de 1e dag. Daarom wel optimaal van het huis kunnen genieten en van het prachtige uitzicht. Elk nadeel heeft zijn voordeel:).
De rest van het gezin heeft gelukkig wel fijn kunnen skieen.
Het enige nadeel is dat je altijd de auto nodig hebt om ergens te komen, maar dit wisten wij van te voren en was voor ons geen probleem. Verder is alles perfect voor elkaar.
Wij hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt, dan hoop ik ook meer van de omgeving te kunnen zien:).
