Our house is a cozy holiday home in a beautiful and varied area.
Quietly located in a mountainous and wooded area, close to the crystal clear Achensee. Great hiking area, challenging mountain bike routes and many winter sports opportunities.
In summer and winter excellent for families, sports enthusiasts, peace and nature seekers.
The chalet consists of two separate parts, each with its own entrance.
The floors can be rented separately, but also as a whole. The entire house is accessible by opening the doors in the stairwell. See advertisement Q-alm.
The upper floor is suitable for 7 people (max. 5 adults and 2 children (0-15 years).
Please note: children are welcome, but apart from a cot there are no special children's facilities.
This floor has a living room with cozy dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an extra toilet, a low sleeping loft and a beautiful large balcony. In addition to electric heating, both floors also have an Austrian wood stove.
There is ample parking, excellent WIFI reception and a (shared) room with washing machine and dryer.
Don't expect luxury, just a cozy, typical Austrian chalet!
Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for wheelchair users.
