Living Room: A bright and sunlit living space featuring a comfortable sofa and a cozy armchair—perfect for evening conversations or watching the flat-screen TV. The room overlooks the beautiful garden, and you can step directly onto the private terrace to enjoy the fresh alpine air.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an electric stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, dishwasher, and a Tchibo capsule coffee machine to start your mornings perfectly.
Ski Storage: Includes a private ski storage room with a separate entrance, fully equipped with a ski boot heater/dryer to ensure you start every morning with warm and dry boots.
🛏️ Bedrooms (Accommodates up to 7 guests + baby):
Bedroom 1: Cozy bedroom equipped with a double guest bed, a wardrobe, and direct balcony access.
Bedroom 2: A master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a separate single bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a lovely garden view.
Bedroom 3: Family-friendly room featuring a large king-size bed, a small child's bed/crib, a wardrobe, and a garden view.

Private Sauna: Unwind in our cozy Finnish sauna, which comfortably fits up to 6 people and features beautiful mood lighting for the ultimate relaxation.

Skiing: Perfectly situated near the main lifts of the famous Kreischberg ski resort, which offers a large free parking area. Ski all the way up to the resort's highest point, the Rosenkranz peak at 2,118 meters! Winter Fun: Enjoy the exciting local snow tubing park and numerous traditional mountain huts (Hütten) along the slopes.
Summer & Relaxation: An alpine swimming lake is located just 600 meters from the house (a short walk or a 2-minute drive with free parking). Hiking and biking trails start right outside your door.
Dining & Safety: A traditional Austrian restaurant serving delicious local dishes is nearby. For your peace of mind, a regional hospital with full 24/7 emergency care is also located just a short drive away.
