Alps Wellness Chalet 37

The luxury detached chalet at 900 meters altitude is located right at the bottom of the ski lift and slopes of the magnificent snow-sure ski Kreischberg to 2150 meters altitude. The ski area Kreischberg is as "Top Ski Area" crowned by Germany's largest winter sports portal. There are many opportunities for both the novice and the experienced skier / snowboarder.

The chalet was built in 2015 and fully equipped. The chalet has on the ground floor has a large living room with open kitchen (kitchen fully equipped and luxuriously furnished). Spacious sitting area, large dining area and a gas fireplace for cozy winter evenings. In the chalet, there are various board games for all leeftjden and there is WIFI. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a TV, DVD, sound apperatuur (blue tooth). From the living room you have access to the outside terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi (8 persons) and the garden which overlooks the ski slope and the surrounding mountains. For children there is a large trampoline and present for those who like, there is also a BBQ.
The cross-country trail is located directly behind the chalet. Of course there is the chalet in a ski boot warmer and indoor locker room for skis and snowbaords.
There is also a washing machine.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. The chalet has two bathrooms, one with a Finnish sauna adjacent to the upper balcony .Obviously the chalet has private parking spaces.

Its southern location in the Alps, there is more than 200 sunny days per year. For the summer the chalet in a beautiful setting. There are many hiking trails (also on Kreischberg). In the area there are many different activiteitente do such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, rafting and canoeing is possible. There is also a 15 minute walk from an outdoor swimming pool. There are beautiful lakes where you can swim and there are several fishing. The historic town of Murau and the golf course (18 hols) of Kreischberg are about 5 min. Away. Within walking distance there is a bakery and less than 1 km there is a supermarket (SPAR). Murau about 10 minutes drive there are situated several supermarkets and shops.
