Our very spacious holiday apartment is located in a sunny and quiet location in the beautiful Ramsau am Dachstein, which is known as a popular hiking area. The house is located just on the edge of the village, in the middle of the meadows. The cows walk past the house, so to speak.
The apartment is very spacious and has several terraces that you can use.
The house is rustic and attractively furnished and fully equipped and the house is non-smoking.
It is heated by underfloor heating and there is a wood stove. There is wood for the stove.
Television with the Dutch channels, among others.
Downstairs in the hall is a room for skis and there is a table football game.
On the north-west side of the house there is a small apartment with its own entrance and terrace, which only the owners use when they are present.
In winter, you can step straight from the house onto the cross-country ski trail. This cross-country ski trail is part of the 220-kilometre-long cross-country ski trail of Ramsau am Dachstein.
About 15 minutes away from our house is also the Ski-Amadé, with no less than 860 kilometers of slopes, 260 ski huts and mountain restaurants. You can also use the ski bus (included in the ski pass) that stops right outside the door.
In summer, the Sommercard is included. This offers many advantages, such as free entrance to various swimming pools, free access to the Dachstein Glacier, various attractions, the lifts, etc. and often extra discounts on various attractions.
A huge plus in this area, especially for families.
In the months of July and August we place a trampoline and a table tennis table in the garden, there is also a dartboard.
There is a Weber bbq in the shed that you can use.
