Als Nederlandse/Oostenrijkse familie hebben we altijd al een affiniteit met het gebied Leogang-Zell am See- Saalbach Hinterglemm gehad. Daarom liggen onze huizen ook in dit 4 seizoenen gebied.
Zwemmen, skien, wandelen, golfen, mountainbiken etc., alles zeer snel te realiseren.
Alle huizen fantastisch, rustig, gelegen en met veel liefde ingericht. Ieder huis net iets anders.
Voor ons is het belangrijk, dat onze gasten zich thuis voelen. Want vakantie behoort tot de mooiste weken van het jaar

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy


ATTENTION:    
 
The prices are based on an occupancy of up to 8 people. For each additional person, Euro 175.00 extra is required per person per week. Max 13 people, incl children.

The week from Dec. 28 to Jan. 4 We rent 25 to a minimum of 12 people.
In the period from February 15 to March 8 we rent to a minimum of 12 people.

Prices include, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and bath towels, energy costs, water Wifi/WLan, 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The Kurtaxe is extra to pay. The Kurtaxe is Euro 2.35 per person per day for persons over 14 years of age.
When you arrive at the house, the beds are already made.

In the off-season, arrivals and departures do not have to be on Saturdays.
