Beautiful luxury apartment, completely renovated in 2024/2025 and luxuriously furnished. The apartment is located on the first floor (elevator available) and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen with built-in appliances and a lovely sunny balcony, with a view of the ski slope. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 (small) children.
The (ski) bus stops opposite the apartment and there is also a ski slope. We prefer to walk to the center of Maria Alm, where everything is available and where you have direct access to the entire ski area of Hochkönig. A brand new ski depot has been built at the Natrun gondola in Maria Alm where almost 1,400 winter sports enthusiasts can store their skis and accessories in a heated locker. Ideal for storing your belongings at the end of an exciting day and going into the après ski or walking back to your apartment, in your regular shoes.
The Hochkönig ski area has approximately 120 kilometers of slopes and several other well-known ski areas are also a short distance away, such as Saalbach/Hinterglemm (270 km of ski slopes) or Kaprun (glacier area 61 km of slopes).
Even outside the winter season, the Hochkönig area is fantastically beautiful and you can enjoy cycling or walking through the beautiful landscape and enjoy the beautiful lakes in the area. There is also a beautiful 18-hole golf course just 300 meters from the apartment, where you can enjoy a fantastic view.
