Haus Floria is a cozy and tastefully furnished apartment (about 75 m2) suitable for 6 people. Extremely suitable for families with several children (or with grandparents), who want to stay just outside the center.
From the apartment you look out on the fifth highest mountain peak (3666 m) in Austria: the Großvenediger in the Wildkogel Arena.
The apartment is heated by means of underfloor heating. In the apartment there is also a room where the ski boots can be heated in winter.
Outside is a so-called Abstellraum where you can store your belongings such as skis, sled or mountain bike. There are already 2 bicycles ready for use..
Haus Floria has its own terrace and in the summer it is even possible to use a private garden with a small waterfall with a bridge in which children will not get bored. The lawn on the other side of the waterfall also belongs to the apartment.
You can park your car in your own carport in front of the house. From the carport you enter the house covered. This allows the (ski) boots to be removed without snowing under.
