Super cozy holiday home with character, authentic atmosphere and modern comfort
The Seitling Hütte is an attractive holiday home with every comfort. A wonderful place to spend a holiday, both in winter and in summer. The Seitling Hütte is suitable for 6 people, but you can also easily stay there as a couple. There are three double bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed. The spacious and modern bathroom has a sink, toilet, spacious walk-in shower and a bath. There is a second toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob and oven. In summer you can use the garden furniture and the barbecue. The Seitling Hütte has its own parking space.

Away from all daily worries and enjoy a wonderful holiday. In summer and winter!
Relax, in the winter wonderfully at the wood-fired stove, in the summer in the lovely garden. To enjoy! Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, shopping in Salzburg or Klagenfurt or enjoying the most modern wellness facilities in Wellness Samsunn. Four wonderful ski areas, which are among the best in the Alps. And how about descending directly behind the Seitling Hütte with toboggan runs of 3 to 4 km or with cross-country skis and enjoy the fairytale surroundings by horse-drawn sleigh?

Since 2010 we are the proud owners of the Seitling Hütte. A lovely detached house in the village of Mariapfarr / Seitling (in the Lungau in the Salzburgerland). A comfortable house, in which we have retained the authentic details as much as possible in their former glory. We enjoy all the beauty that the Lungau has to offer all seasons. From hiking tours through the mountains, mountain biking, swimming and wellness to winter sports. We cordially invite you to enjoy all this.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental period in the SUMMER season from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise agreed after consultation). WINTER season rental period from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic jams on the highways as much as possible. Prices include bed linen and linen, firewood for the KACHELOFEN (wood fire/heating)
Not included are the costs for mandatory final cleaning and tourist tax.
Arrival from 3 p.m., departure until 10 a.m. This always in consultation with the landlord.

LUNGAU KARTE = ATTRACTIVE FOR YOU AS A GUEST: In the period from May 24 to November 30, 2024, you will receive a ' Lungau Karte ' for all family members when you stay in the Seitling Hutte. With this pass you can use all kinds of tourist facilities for FREE or at a reduced rate (e.g. lifts, swimming pools, historic steam train, etc.). For detailed information and conditions/participating companies, search the internet for 'Laungau Karte'.
One of the core values of the Seitling Hutte is that it is CLEAN when you arrive. We attach great importance to that. A permanent cleaning lady ensures that we can achieve this for you.
