Despite the fact that we use the apartment as much as possible, we also want to make it available to family, friends, acquaintances, etc. etc. In short, people who can also enjoy a cozy and beautifully furnished apartment and treat it as such. .The apartment is suitable for any. 4 adults and possibly. 4 to 5 children. The layout (approx. 85 m2) is as follows:

a fully equipped bathroom with shower, bath and double sink.
a "children's" bedroom with a fixed bed of 1.40 wide with a bed of 0.90 cm wide and a bunk bed above it.
a bedroom with a luxurious 2-person box spring and sufficient closet space
a separate toilet with fountain
a separate kitchen with fridge/freezer combination, convection oven, dishwasher and an induction hob with extractor hood. The kitchen can comfortably accommodate 8 (adult) people
living room with (sleeping) couch, a cozy wood stove, new TV with and a great view
a south-facing balcony spanning the full width of the apartment completes the picture.
WIFI

Our apartment is located in Hinterthal. This is a village which is part of the municipality of Maria-Alm. The ski bus stops in front of our door with which you can drive out of the street and get off at the Hochmais. You can also ski opposite our apartment via the Sonnenleiten (piste), if prepared, to the Hochmais.

We are Charlotte and Mark from North Brabant. We have 3 kids-boys and have already spent many holidays (summer and winter) in Hinterthal. In winter on skis and in summer in a very active and sporty way. Cycling, walking, swimming you can't name it or you can do it from our fantastic apartment. In short, there is something for everyone. In winter you can leave the car because the ski bus stops in front of the door.

Prices indicated are target prices. Depending on the number of people and the duration, there are various options. Please always contact me before making a decision.
The prices shown are for use of the house by max. 4 persons. If more people will use the apartment, there will be a surcharge of 15 euros per person.
If you want to bring a dog, permission must first be given. Also for this, 15 euros per day will be added to the rent.
