Perfect for winter sports but also ideal in summer if you love the beautiful unspoilt nature! It is located between two ski lifts.
Haus Gerlinde has a typical Austrian look, with a cozy interior in a warm color scheme. There are three bedrooms, the two largest with balcony. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has a double bed with a double bunk bed.
Fully equipped open kitchen, fully equipped (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, separate freezer, sandwich maker, toaster, hand blender). Spacious Austrian dining area.
Sanitary facilities on both floors. Downstairs is a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a bathroom with a combined bath/hand shower and a toilet.
Spacious hall with large wardrobe. Washing machine and dryer. Outdoor storage annex ski room.
From the living room you enter the terrace and small front garden. Austrian wooden benches and table. Garden chairs and stacking chairs can be found in the storage room.
Due to the high altitude and the wide valley, the sun sets relatively late! That is double enjoyment after a nice day of walking.
There are two parking spaces in front of the door on site and there is a fixed parking space in the general parking garage.
