For winter and summer! Sunny, spacious, very luxurious and comfortable chalet in Zell am See with spectacular views of Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn (ski 365 days a year). Zell golf 36 holes at 5 minutes. Schmitten ski and Saalbach nearby. Also, cycling and hiking. Largest wellness of Western Europe (Tauern Spa) 5 minutes. Huge sun terrace facing south.

Since 2007 we are the proud owners of our large multifaceted chalet in Zell Am See (Kaprun), where we are now with our sports-loving family with 4 children and many supporters (!) Wonderful holidays spent in both summer and winter. It is then we skied to their hearts content, geboard and chilled out (for from October to May Uphill on the glacier). In summer, many corrugated, played tennis, hiked and took advantage of the watersports lake.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note: Prices generally apply from 6-10 people.  Always contact the owner. More guests is only possible after close consultation with the owner. Smoking and pets not allowed. Only transactions directly with and payments to the owner are valid. Furthermore, the owner asks for a deposit of 300 € and must take into account the mandatory cash cleaning costs and laundry of 350 € per rental period (including bed and bath linen and beds made on arrival)  and tourist tax 2.05 € per adult > 15 years per night. Sauna (optional) 50 € per week. Garbage contribution 10 € per stay. 
Owner takes no responsibility for accidents in and around the house. Children must play on the grounds around the house under supervision.
Changeover days on Saturdays and exceptionally and after prior consultation on Sundays.

The Schmittenhöhe (on ca.5 minutes from our house, up to 2000 meters high, also easily accessible by ski bus) adjacent to Zell Am See, Schuttdorf with its own center and large shopping center. This diverse area has 77 kilometers of black, red, blue runs, stunning views of Zell Am See, the lake and on the Kitzsteinhorn. There are several restaurants and cabins for a drink. Intersport also in this area (downstairs and upstairs) several highly efficient offices for rental and sale of ski equipment. Parking is free.
Information skiing: Schmittenhöhe
Our house overlooks the field of Maiskogel (3 minutes), the family mountain that is ideally suited for beginners and for agreeing lessons or even a quick hour or so skiing (up to 1730 meters). The area is accessible by ski bus from Zell am See and Kaprun and is equipped with modern chairlifts, which the red, blue and black ski slopes open (total 20 km of slopes). Free parking.
Information skiing: Maiskogel
At about 15 minutes from our house is the ski resort of Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun) with 365 days a year skiing (in the summer on the glacier). The bottom of the ski bus route runs regularly to and from this area. Guaranteed snow (approx. 40 km of slopes) with comfortable red and blue runs with good snow quality and with enough challenge for the experienced skier. The area is above 3000 meters high and has ultra modern lift installations (even one with heated seats). There are several fun parks for snowboarders with ramps of varying difficulty. Intersport has offices in the area (in Kaprun and Zell Center) and above the intermediate stations for highly efficient rental. See the website of this area. Free parking.
Information skiing: Kitzsteinhorn
Also a stone's throw from our house, 15 minutes (also from Zell with the ski bus accessible) is the ski circus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang, which is 95% by snow cannons can be controlled and thus less than 200 km snow slopes offers (up to 2096 meters). Here one can make full-day ski trips on the beautiful red and blue runs, which are connected by many modern lifts. Throughout its restaurants.

At about 30 minutes by car are the resorts of Maria Alm and Dienten (150 km of pistes in the area Hochkönig) and Bad Gastein (also with 118 km slopes). Further afield but still easily accessible is the mundane Kitzbühel and Kirchberg, where also a great ski area with 168 kilometers of trails at the visitor is waiting.
