The luxury apartment, which occupies the entire top floor of Residenz an der Burg, is an experience in itself. The entire apartment is finished to a very high standard and fully equipped. The modern, luxurious penthouse§ has four gigantic balconies where you can enjoy the sun, the surrounding mountains, the village and a castle dating from the 12th century. There are 4 bedrooms, all very spacious with lots of closet space. The master bedroom even has a desk, walk-in closet and very spacious bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and double sink). From three bedrooms you have direct access to the balcony. All four bedrooms are en-suite. There are two separate toilets and to top it all off there is also a sauna. The Living is the heart of the penthouse and situated around the large fireplace. The perfect place to relax together with your friends or family.The apartment has a spacious luxury open kitchen, where everything is available to prepare a delicious feast, after which you can enjoy it at the 8-10 person dining table. If you are looking for a unique place within walking distance of the center of Karprun to spend your vacation, this penthouse is an absolute must.

- Once you have made the reservation and received our confirmation email, you have 48 hours to transfer the 30% deposit. 6 weeks before arrival we ask you to transfer the remaining payment.
- If your arrival date is within 6 weeks of the booking date, you must transfer 100% of the amount.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival; We will then refund the payment(s), minus 27 euros bank fees.
- Payments are made through our site: we will send you an email with the details.
- The prices include final cleaning, tourist tax, service costs, bed linen, bath towels, etc.
