Auf Niedersehen - near ski lift

The 8 person apartment "Auf Niedersehen" is located in a quiet residential area, in a characteristic Austrian house. A unique opportunity to experience how the Austrians live.

The apartment has a beautiful panoramic view of the Austrian Alps and the Niederberg! Not that the Niederberg is more special than all the other beautiful mountains in Austria, but we thought it was a nice pun.

The space
Apartment Auf Niedersehen has a floor area of 90m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms (8 sleeping places), 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, sitting area-living room, a terrace and ample parking, there is also a room behind the kitchen where shoe dryers are installed.

Austria is a land of the great outdoors & activities. We have tried to bring the Austrian atmosphere into the apartment as much as possible for the moments you do spend inside. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with the necessary modern conveniences.

Access & accessibility
When you book with us you will be sent information about the electronic lock that allows access to the apartment.

The location is centrally located between several tourist sites. The apartment is located near the ski lift that takes you to the Kitzbühel Alps. Fun in both summer and winter (sports)!
Parking is possible (free) at the apartment.

Public transport: the Pinzgau Lokalbahn stops at the bottom of the road that leads to the apartment, from/to Hollersbach station is about a 1-kilometer walk. It is a train that runs on a single track between Krimml and Zell am See, normally every half hour. Check with the carrier for the latest state of current train times. At the time of writing (January 2022), the train is not running due to damage to the track since last summer's heavy rainfall in the valley. There is no bus (yet) running to the apartment.

Accessibility (disabled)
The front door is only accessible via a staircase and inside there are two rooms with a small (2 steps) difference in height. It concerns the ensuite bathroom and the space behind the kitchen. Please take this into account if one (or more) of the guests in the group is less mobile.
