The 8-person apartment "Auf Niedersehen" is located in a quiet residential area, in a characteristic Austrian house. A unique opportunity to experience how the Austrians live.
The apartment has a beautiful panoramic view of the Austrian Alps and the Niederberg! Not that the Niederberg is more special than all the other beautiful mountains in Austria, but we thought it was a nice pun.

The space
Apartment Auf Niedersehen has a floor area of 90m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, sitting area-living room, a terrace and ample parking. There is also a room behind the kitchen where shoe dryers are located.
Austria is a country of outdoor life & activities. We have tried to bring as much of the Austrian atmosphere into the apartment as possible for the moments you do spend indoors. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with the necessary modern conveniences.
Access & accessibility
When you book with us you will receive information about the electronic lock that allows access to the apartment.
The location is centrally located between several tourist attractions. The apartment is located near the ski lift that takes you to the Kitzbühel Alps. Fun in both summer and winter (sports)!
Parking is available (free) at the apartment.
Public transport: the Pinzgau Lokalbahn stops at the bottom of the road leading to the apartment, from/to Hollersbach station is about 1 kilometer walk. It is a train that runs on a single track between Krimml and Zell am See, normally every half hour. Check with the carrier for the latest current train times. At the time of writing this (January 2022), the train is not running due to damage to the track since last summer's heavy rainfall in the valley. There is no bus (yet) to the apartment.
Accessibility (disabled)
The front door is only accessible via a staircase and there are two indoor rooms with a small (2 steps) height difference. This concerns the ensuite bathroom and the space behind the kitchen. Take this into account if one (or more) of the guests in the group is less mobile.
Höhe Tauern Summer Card & Winter Card
Guests who stay with us from May 2024 will receive a digital Höhe Tauern Summer Card with their stay.

* Drive along the Grossglockner High Alpine Road;
* Enjoy high altitude, through transport with Panoramabahn;
* Take a cooling dip in the Badesee every day;
* Take the picturesque Pinzgau Lokal train through the valley to Zell am See or to Krimml. Check out the Höhe Tauern Summer Card (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) for what the card can be used for. The card is valid during your stay in our apartment. The Summer Card is issued from May to October and in the winter months there is a Winter Card that gives you a discount on various activities in the area.
