For rent, directly from the owner, luxurious and spacious (92 square meters) 6 person apartment in Flachau, in the middle of the Ski-Amadé in Austria. The apartment was completed in 2008 and is fully equipped. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and Nespresso machine. A Full HD 49 inch Smart TV, WIFI free to use, fireplace, boot drying system and heated storage for skis.

The apartment is located 50 meters next to the slopes at the Achterjet. The center of Flachau is an 8-minute walk away and there are many activities to undertake from Flachau.

Flachau has a lively aprè-ski (even in the Austrian top-5 according to the Telegraaf) and very modern lifts with a lot of capacity. Flachau is located in the middle of the ski area "Ski Amadé" there are 270 lifts and 760 kilometers of slopes with one ski pass.

My name is Rene Elling and since 2008 I am the (first) owner of Haus-Myrte in Flachau. Always been in love with the mountains and snow, now bought a nice apartment to spend a lot of time in Austria. In the winter and summer I rent it out for the weeks that I am not there myself. Preferably to people who handle rented items properly.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord.

Cancellation costs are calculated as follows:
Up to 4 weeks before the start                    50% of the rental amount
Up to 2 weeks before the start                    70% of the rental amount
From 2 weeks before the start                90% of the rental amount

Flachau is in only 70 km away from Salzburg, and can be reached very well by car, train or plane. It has a lot to offer both in summer and in winter. Flachau has great slopes for both beginners and advanced, and not least a top Apré-Ski.

In the summer there is much to do in the area. Walking or hiking several days with overnight stays in one of the huts. Mountain biking, or just on the bike on the many trails in the region. Swimming and other water fun is in natural lakes or in one of the two large water parks. With slides and extensive sauna facilities. There are castles to visit, the largest ice caves in Austria are less than 30 minutes away, or in the summer at the snow on the Dachstein Gletcher

On the day of arrival you can from 15:00 in the apartment, we ensure that it is clean and tidy.
On the day of departure please to 10:00 using the apartment, then the cleaning crew and need to work to have too clean for the next tenant on time again.
