The townhouse is centrally located between Bramberg and Hollerbach just 2 kilometers away from the gondola to the very child-friendly and affordable resort Bramberg Wildkogel Arena (Smaragdbahn) with 61 km of slopes. In addition, is also located 2 kilometers away from the house to the ski gondola to the Kitzbühel Alps (Hollersbach / Mittersill) with 170 km of slopes.
For even more spoiled skiers is 20 km away, the Zillertal Arena (Gerlos) and 30 km from the ski resort of Zell am See / Kaprun.
All ski areas can be reached with free public transport (walking distance to ski and / or train) or private transport.
For the cross-country enthusiast; known Pinzgauloipe located right next to the apartment and is illuminated at night in several places. In total more than 200 km of trails!
From the Wildkogel (Smaragdbahn) starts the longest toboggan run in the world, 14 km sliding fun (about 60 minutes) and illuminated at night until 22:00!
The apartment is on the first floor of the house which is accessed by a wooden staircase outside.
To the left of the hall is the master bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage.
Across the hall is the bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the right is the kitchen with 6 person dining area and bedroom / lounge sofa.
Also here is the stairway to the (shielded) loft with three single beds.

I, the landlord, the apartment I bought a few years ago and recently fully refurbished. Due to the fantastic location we go skiing at least 2 times per year and walking two times a year in the spring and summer. The area, National Park Hohe Tauren, is one of Europe's largest protected areas!

The kitchen has a dining table with 6 chairs. In the room is a rug a spacious bedroom / lounchebank. The room is equipped with a TV.
The spacious master bedroom is spacious and has two closets and a desk with chair and mirror. Bed linen you should take (200x140) with itself
The attic can be reached from the living room by a ladder staircase and features three 1-beds. The attic has limited headroom and is especially suitable for children. Linen sleep you need to bring your own (3 x 90x200)
The kitchen contains all the necessary tools to prepare a meal. There is a kettle and Senseo present. Towels please bring your own.

Via Micazu dit vakantiehuis geboekt. Contact met verhuurder, zowel telefonisch als per mail, was prima. Verhuurder is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Per mail kregen we weetjes over de woning en omgeving. Hier hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. We hebben een heerlijke week vakantie gevierd in deze woning.
Prettig appartement dichtbij veel skigebieden. Vriendelijke eigenaren.
