Haus Gerlinde is located in the middle of the Zillertal Arena, at an altitude of 1700 meters, between two ski lifts, in the Silberleiten district, on the Gerlosplatte in Hochkrimml. It is perfect for a wonderful snow-sure winter sports holiday!
From the chalet you can walk a few hundred meters to the ski lifts Duxer Bubble ski lift (east) or the Plattenkogellift (west) or you can ski directly to the Sonnwendkopfbahn, with connections to Königsleiten, Gerlos and Zell am Ziller. At the end of the day, you ski almost to the front door. So it's pretty much ski-in-ski-out. If you like cross-country skiing, you can step onto the trail next to the chalet!
From the house you have a great view of Königsleiten and the slopes of the Zillertal Arena.
Haus Gerlinde has a typical Austrian look, with a cozy interior in a warm color scheme. There are three bedrooms, the two largest with balcony. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has a double bed with a double bunk bed.
Fully equipped open kitchen, fully equipped (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, separate freezer, sandwich maker, toaster, hand blender). Spacious Austrian dining area.
Sanitary facilities on both floors. On the ground floor is a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the upper floor is a bathroom with a bathtub with hand shower and a toilet.
Spacious hall with large wardrobe. Washing machine and dryer. Outdoor storage annex ski room.
From the living room you enter the terrace with wooden benches and table. Garden chairs, stacking chairs and cushions can be found in the storage rooms.
Adjacent to the garden is parking space on site, for 2 cars. Furthermore, there is a fixed parking space in the general parking garage.
Due to the high altitude and the wide valley, the sun sets relatively late! That is double enjoyment after a nice hike or a radiant day of skiing. Haus Gerlinde is the perfect base for winter sports but also ideal in the summer, if you love the beautiful unspoiled nature!
