The route is easy: Munich, Salzburg, Villach, Udine (Italy), last exit before the border: exit Arnoldstein, follow Bergbahnen DreiLänderEck. Just before the large parking lot of the ski lift, left the private road down to the last block. Distance from exit: 3km.

Stand up paddle boarding and swimming on and in the Faaker see. There are many lakes in Carinthia, but this one is one of the warmest. Around 24 g.

Dreiländereck hike up in the spring/zomer. Also possible combination up/down with the lift.

Rafting by CK As a joke, Beek is fordable and refreshing. Very clean water from the mountains.

Sometimes there is a lot of snow, but that's were we come for in the winter.

Enough walking tours to do. At every place in Carinthia there are starting points for tours, ranging from one or more hours and different levels of difficulty from beginners to advanced.

Beautiful family ski areas, also here from blue to black runs, for beginners and advanced. If you ski at Dreiländereck you can. go rest or eat at home. Also change regarding babysitting for the little ones.

SUP on the warm bathing water of the Faakersee

Nassfeld in winter, guaranteed snow. Largest ski area in Carinthia Also a great place to stay in summer.

Bike-ski room. Bicycle may be used, switch only in position 1 or 3 of the front cover.

Balcony in the snow and that already in early November 2017, now early December 2021, just like in 2020 a lot of snow.

Environment Seltschach, to see and visit everything, 1 week is actually much too short.

Julian Alps! RECOMMENDED! SLOVENIA !!!, just around the corner from us, 20 minutes from Seltschach begins the nature park with beautiful rivers and high mountains and associated walks. Triglav National Park. TO DO.!!!!

Slovenia, terribly beautiful. This is in the adjacent nature reserve Triglav In the summer, swim trunks or bikini.

Living room with tree trunk dining table. The house is furnished in the Chalet style. Beautiful beams on the ceiling, also on the 1st and 2nd floor, give them extra atmosphere.

Unobstructed view from the balcony on the mountains of the Drielandenpunt. The house is south facing, so maximum sun. On the veranda it is nice to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. If it gets too hot, the veranda also offers shelter from the sun.

Spacious sitting area. The bench offers enough space to sit around the wood stove with the whole family.

Kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and oven.

This is how you see our house when you arrive. Swinging and rope climbing. A large shed where skis can be stored and where the garden chairs and barbeque are.

View from the terrace on the garden. Enjoy the trampoline, play football, badminton or relax in the sun. At the back of the garden is a forest hut. This can be reached via a gangway over the stream. You can build nice dams in the stream!

The large garden ends in a mountain stream. There it is nice to play for the children and cool off.

Forest hut in the backyard near a stream. In the stream you can build super nice dams and of course cool off when it is very hot.

If you go up with the lift, you can see the Dobratsch on the other side of the valley from the Three Country Point. This is the breathtaking view

Several lakes are within a fifteen minute drive from the house. This lake is the Faaker See. In the summer this has a pleasant temperature.

Tarvisio is a nice mountain village in Italy, a 15-minute drive away

Worthersee is also worth a visit. In summer it is more hot to swim

Skiing in nearby Nassfeld. More than 100 km of slopes.

From Seltschach a walking path leads to Arnoldstein. On the way you will encounter this beautiful monastery.

This beautiful lake Lago di Fusini is just over the border in Italy. A nice walking tour that leads to a second lake

Dreilandereckhutte. Open in both summer and winter. You can eat or drink here
