Luxury apartment in South Carinthia

In the south of Carinthia in the small village of Obernarrach, lies our beautiful house Noor, built in 2024. 

From the living room and the covered private balcony you can relax with a beautiful view of the Karavanken mountains. 

The apartment is located under our own house, it is a wonderfully luxurious and modern apartment (accessible via a separate entrance), which is suitable for 4/5 people. Possibly a fifth person can use the sofa bed in the living room. 

There are 2 spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. 

At our house there is the possibility to charge the car electrically (paid after consumption).

There are many activities to do in the area, such as:

Skiing (Petzen) at 15 kilometers, this is a ski area for beginners.

Our house is near the Klopeinersee and the Turnersee. We have access to the beach pool of the Klopeinersee.You are also quickly in Slovenia, where you can do various activities in the Karavanken mountains.

In an oasis of peace you can spend your holiday in our beautiful apartment. In our village it is wonderfully quiet and if you want to look for the hustle and bustle, you can be there in no time. A short 10-minute drive away there is a nice boulevard where you can enjoy various restaurants or eat a delicious ice cream.
In short, something for everyone.

The apartment is not suitable for disabled people.
