Reisach is located in the valley of the Gail River, approximately halfway between Hermagor with its famous bathing facility 'Presseggensee' and the 'Bergsteigerdorf' Kötschach-Mauthen. FeWo Hauser 2 is part of an old farmhouse. There are two other apartments and a studio. The apartments have their own entrance. Hauser 2 has a double bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm). In the living room there is a bunk bed which is only suitable for children and there is also a sofa bed for two people (140x200 cm). There is a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee machine and Nespresso machine, toaster, etc. There is also a bathroom with bathtub. The south and west facing balcony has a magnificent view of the Carnic Alps and has an electric grill. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price. Please bring your own swimming towels.

In addition to beautiful walks in the woods and on the surrounding mountains, there are many other activities possible in the fresh, healthy mountain air. But of course you can also relax very well in the Gail valley, the world's first Slow Food Travel Destination. Of course, your four-legged friend is also very welcome.

The forest is less than 100m from us and there are many fantastic walks to be made. There are lots of things to do in the area, from llama trekking to parasailing, canyoning and white water rafting. Nassfeld, southern Austria's largest ski area with over 100km of slopes, is an 11-minute drive away and in summer there is even a summer bobsleigh run. An 18 hole golf course is 6 minutes away from us. Not to mention the Carnic Höhenweg with its many side roads that lead to the most beautiful mountain lakes (Zollnersee, Wolayersee) and offer unparalleled views. Numerous hospitable alpine huts welcome you for a classic "Jause". A natural swimming pool is also nearby (free for our guests) and of course you can also swim in the Gail.

Renata & Nico Bruyniks, your hostess and host, are (semi-)retired after a long career in the pharmaceutical industry. Renata, originally from Slovakia, is a biologist and Nico, from the Netherlands, is a gynaecologist by training. We look forward to offering you the hospitality of our converted farmhouse. In general, we only rent when we are there so you can be sure that we will be there if you need us on arrival and/or during your stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between 3 months and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: deposit
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
