The house stands on 7,800 m2 of private land. Throughout the year there are both sun and shade spots in the garden. In the center is the beautiful large lime tree (Tilia). The garden also has several fruit trees. From the upper part of the garden you have a breathtaking view with 365 degree views over the beautiful Gailtal, the Julian Alps, Slovenia and Italy. Watching the sunset from the rocking chair in the evening or starting the day there, that's really enjoyable. You can always use the garden; To drink coffee, eat at the picnic table, sunbathe in one of the sun loungers or play football or badminton outside. Plenty of space! There are toys available outside for the children. The large above-ground swimming pool is also free to use for all guests.
The Garden is also very suitable for yoga and meditation (you can feel the power of the tree of life, in the middle of the garden, the Tilia).
For bicycles, motorcycles, skis or other sports equipment, we have a covered, enclosed area that you can use free of charge.

The area
In the summer there are various festivities in the region. For example, the Feuerwehrfest, Kufenstechen, Beer Festival etc. At these cozy parties, people are dressed in traditional costumes and there is often live music. Everyone is welcome to participate. In winter, cross-country skiing, ice skating and skiing are available nearby. The ski bus stops almost next to the house and takes you to Dreiländereck or to Nassfeld/Milleniumexpress, among other places. The ski bus is free to use, provided you wear ski equipment. Nice and relaxed!
