The balcony on the south side of the house. There is an electric BBQ and a grill table. You can fold out the dining table. On the other part of the balcony there are also 2 chairs.
The balcony on the bedroom side, there is the sun first in the morning, but from 12 o'clock a cool shady spot with often a nice fresh breeze.

During a walk just past us the village to which our Ortschaft Lansach belongs: Weissenstein.

With Buddy we walked up towards the village above us: There are: Fresach/Tragenwinkel/Mooswald
From Mooswald, a village higher up the mountain, you can go to Ginger Hütte. One of our favorite places.
On top of the Goldeck, diagonally on the other side of our valley. Here you can take the elevator up and enjoy a walk.

The last cross you can look for from the lift station on the Goldeck, with a view of our village and the Drautal.

If you drive up the mountain towards Fresach, you can hike up the Mirnock towards the Gipfel. This is one of the views you can encounter.

Carinthia Holiday Villa, Seltschach 193.
Front terrace with views over the Dobratsch, on the other side of the valley.
Summers are hot in Carinthia. Close the shutters so that the house stays cooler and if you do want to enjoy the sun, go outside in the garden.
The dining area with Austrian corner sofa, separate chairs that you can also pull into the sitting area and the homemade lamp.
On the second terrace on the garden side we have a table and eight chairs. The table can be made larger so that you can eat outside together.
The large refrigerator is equipped with the upper part cooling and the lower part freezer. So if you want to stock up on a lot of ice cream, pizza, bread and all kinds of things. You have three drawers to freeze everything. Very handy with several people.

The region is perfect for mountain biking and cycling.

The brown bedroom. Two box springs that form a double bed with a fitted sheet. This room has its own open bathroom and the large balcony on the garden side.

Dry clean up or put your clothes down.
This is the outside of the barrel sauna. We have placed it in such a way that you can walk back into the house under the carport. Who dares to dive into the snow in between? But it is also wonderful to do a round of sauna in the spring. The sauna is electric.
Carinthia Holiday Villa has two terraces, a shed and a barrel sauna with plenty of privacy.

The terrace in front of the house. In the summer it gets hot in Carinthia. Here you can sit in the shade.
In front of the house we have the other terrace. Great for a drink and chat when it's too hot in the garden. Or start the day with a cup of coffee in the morning with the beautiful view.
This is the view from the mountain to the right of the house. If you know the spot, you can see it from the morning terrace. Here you look out over the Gailtal. The border triangle is on your right and the Dobratasch is on your left.
This is the Dobratsch you see from the front. In real life, of course, much more beautiful. This is the view from the kitchen window :-)
The waterfall right next to the house. Accessible via the steep path (which the children like to take) or via a hiking trail that is a little flatter. A beautiful waterfall with ice-cold water.

In the living room there is a lovely rocking chair, our children's favorite place to watch iPad. Because of course there is Wifi in the house.

This is the second part of Lake Grazhna Gora. Beautiful views and nice for walking, it is recommended to bring water shoes.

The inside of the barrel sauna. Great to relax your muscles after skiing or mountain biking.
The seating area.
This is the cupboard under the stairs in the living room. Equipped with games, Dutch and German books, magazines and the local magazine about Arnoldstein. You will also find all the information about the activities that can be done in the area.
We have a small smart TV in the house. Bring your own login details from your online streaming and then you can just watch Netflix etc.
The second bathroom. This is a separate bathroom for the blue room and the sleeping loft. A nice shower with water-saving shower head.
The bathroom on the first floor. With shower, sink and rimless toilet. As a result, you use a lot less water when flushing.
The blue room, this room has a double bed that can also be disconnected, a nice chair and a table to work on if necessary.
Because the house was built in 2020, it is well insulated, has underfloor heating and double glazing. There is also an induction hob. The house has no gas connection.

You can stretch out as a couple or sit with four people.
Carinthia Holiday Villa is a wonderful place during the winter sports holiday!
In the hall hangs the information rack with all kinds of leaflets about the area.
