Haus RuHe is located in the beautiful Mölltal, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Close to the Großglockner, the highest mountain in Austria.

Haus RuHe is located in a village with many amenities. Due to its location on the south side of the Alps, this area has many hours of sunshine. 

There are 3 ski resorts in the vicinity, 1 of which has eternal snow. Haus RuHe is a 10-minute drive from Heiligenblut, a quiet ski village with a cosy après-ski. Even in high season there are no waiting times at the lift! The ski bus stops about 500 meters from our house and within fifteen minutes you are at the ski lift in Heiligenblut. 

Half an hour's drive away are the Mölltaler glacier (eternal snow) and the Lienzer Bergbahnen. Behind our house is a large ski slope, which is prepared daily by means of snow cannons and is very suitable as a practice slope and for small children.

From your apartment you can make wonderful walks, but with a few minutes drive you are also in the middle of the high mountains Hohe Tauern to start your hike there. In less than half an hour you are in Lienz, a pleasant city with an extensive range of shops. The lakes of Carinthia are also within driving distance. And an hour and a half drive away you are in Italy.

The apartment has 1 bedroom and kitchen. The bedroom has a bathroom en suite.

From a third person it is mandatory to book an extra bedroom with bathroom en suite.

From the bedroom you enter the balcony with table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee, tea or something else.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with such a refrigerator, hob, oven etc. But also with a sofa, coffee table, television, dining table and chairs.

We are Cornelis and Elvier.
We have had a house in Döllach, Carinthia since 2023. We enjoy the peaceful surroundings and views. In winter there is the possibility to ski behind our house or in Heiligenblut. The area has beautiful hiking trails. The village has a natural swimming pool, tennis courts, climbing wall, shooting range and a riding school where children can ride horses. There are several restaurants and for daily shopping there is a supermarket in the village.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

From 3 people it is mandatory to book an extra bedroom.

For a fifth person aged 14 and older, 25 euros per day will be added.

Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival is free of charge.

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) to 7 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

The ski slope is within walking distance. The elevators here are tasty advantageous. Compared to other areas up to 50% cheaper. For large families are even some children free. See also Hochrindl.at and yet many wonderful skiing at all levels.
You can relax on the balcony. There is even an IF lamp for the smokers to have some comfort in the evenings.

Our house has three full floors. More than 300 m2 of living comfort and stands on a plot of nearly 2000 m2. Plenty of space to relax. On the balcony or on the terrace during a huge walk.

A luxury that we have just made new for you is this ski boot dryer. Great if your shoes are wet. But also just for the next day not to go in ice cold shoes.
