Aparthotel Seebrauer is located on the Afritzer See, with stunning views of the lake and the surrounding Nock mountains. The Nockberge around us, were declared a Biosphere Park by UNESCO in 2012 because of their sustainability, ecological agriculture and traditions and they offer endless hiking and mountain biking pleasure.

The apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. The private beach pool exclusively for our guests, offers a sheltered fenced garden with boathouse and jetty. In addition, our guests can use the SUP boards for free. If you have a boat or your own water sports equipment/boards, you can store them safely locked in the boathouse.

Cyclists can indulge themselves in our region and we offer indoor bicycle parking.
Good accessibility, between the large ski areas Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen, Tarvisio and Kranjska Gora and the beautiful cities such as Villach and Klagenfurt, Trieste and Ljubljana in the vicinity, makes the location ideal.

A number of lakes in our area: Feldsee, Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Faakersee and the Wörthersee. Sights such as the Granattor, the Granatium, museums, waterfalls, attractions such as Nocky Flitzer and the Pyramidenkogel, in short; Seebrauer is an ideal starting point for your holiday!

Hello, we are Paul and Alisha and we have been living in Carinthia Austria since 2010. The nature, including the many lakes and mountains, but also the quality of life and the proximity of Italy and Slovenia, ensure that we have been living here wonderfully for years. We know the area well, know where you can enjoy good food and which activities should not be missed during your holiday. We are happy to inform you and do our best to offer you a pleasant holiday. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Basic price based on 2 people. Each additional person costs € 15.00 per night.

If you cancel your apartment up to 1 month before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. If you want to cancel your reserved apartment within 30 days to 14 days before arrival, you will lose your deposit (30%). The deposit must be paid 1 month before arrival. Cancellations after 14 days will be charged the full amount. It is therefore advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance in addition to your travel insurance.
