Lunch in Italy within 10 minutes on a terrace in Tarvisio, what a great experience for us, a party every time. Carinthia is so beautiful all year round, no day is the same and our spacious holiday home is located in an oasis of tranquility to enjoy and relax.

Hochalpenblick our holiday home in Carinthia is located at the foot of the border triangle Austria, Italy and Slovenia.
A place to relax, enjoy the sun, snow, the hut tub and delicious food. The 2 neighboring countries (Italy and Slovenia) each with their own unique atmosphere, sights and attractions. Austria, Carinthia with the beautiful mountains, lakes and historic places.Villach well worth a visit and after only a 17 minute drive you are in the old center and you feel like you have gone back in time.
In the old center you will find small streets with terraces, museums, galleries, restaurants and nice shops, or in winter the authentic roasted chestnuts that are sold in a stall.
Our holiday home is located in a small village Seltschach, at the foot of the Karawanken. From our holiday home you can walk (+- 300 meters) to the Dreiländenreck ski area. In winter snow and in summer the wonderful Mediterranean climate with many hours of sunshine.
Enjoy the beautiful weather and the mountains in May. Hochalpenblick our holiday home is located in Seltsach, where it is wonderfully quiet, so enjoy, walk and relax in the broadest sense of the word.
Hochalpenblick has 3, 2 pers bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen, of course with a combination microwave and dishwasher while cooking, beautiful view over the mountains and nature. The living room certainly has a wood stove to enjoy after summer. a nice walk, mountain bike ride, visit to a place of interest or attraction. The patio doors to the garden overlooking the mountains of the Dreiländereck.In the garden nice terrace with comfortable garden furniture for breakfast in the morning or delicious dinner in the evening after a day enjoying the environment, culture and sights.
