Dreiländerblick (sauna+table tennis)

At the end of 2017 we became the proud owners of our holiday home Drieländerblick in Seltschach. 
We have decorated our house with great care and hope that everyone will feel comfortable and that our house contributes to a nice holiday feeling.

In the vicinity of Dreiländerblick there is a lot to experience and do for every age. You can have breakfast in Austria in the morning, ski and lunch in Slovenia and end the day with a delicious pizza in Italy.
Several beautiful lakes (with good swimming temperature) are a 20-minute drive away and the historic town of Villach has plenty to offer. The immediate vicinity is ideal for all types of cycling and walking.

Our house is part of a semi-detached house, which is located 100 meters away from the ski lift. (Currently closed due to bankruptcy). Next to the house is a spacious carport, so that your car is in the shade in the summer and free of snow in the winter.

The deep terraced backyard is oriented to the south, where it ends at a stream. The children can splash around here.
Under the large balcony you can sit out of the sun.

Layout of the holiday home:
A toilet/storage room with a washing machine is adjacent to the hall.

The modern kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances such as a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
You can also use a kettle, nescafé coffee machine and a regular coffee maker.

The dining area seats 8 people, where you can enjoy your meal or play a game with 1 of the board games and puzzles.

You can watch TV, with many channels via Canal Digitaal, from the corner sofa and the sofa is the place to read a good book. The wood-burning stove also provides alternative warmth and a nice atmosphere.

1st floor
On this floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The bedroom on the south side has a large balcony (2.50 X 5 meters).
From here you have a view of the mountains and the ski lift, which you can use in summer and winter to take you to an altitude of 1560 meters, where you can visit the border triangle.
The bedroom has a 2-person box spring bed.
After a day of skiing, it is wonderful to relax in the sauna in this room.

The bedroom on the north side also has a 2-person box spring bed and a 1-person box spring bed. Furthermore, both bedrooms have a large wardrobe.

Both bathrooms are furnished in the same way and have a toilet, sink and shower.


The entire house is equipped with shutters, which keep the heat out in the summer and help ensure a pleasant stay in the winter.
The ground floor and the first floor have underfloor heating.
There is fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.
A cot and high chair for the little ones are available.

Our holiday home is easy to reach by car. You drive almost exclusively on highways. Only the last small part of 5 kilometers you drive on a good provincial road.
Flying is also an option. You can fly to Klagenfurt, Salzburg, Ljublana and Venice. 
Depending on the chosen airport, it is about a 30 minute to 2 hour drive to our holiday home.
