Vacation Rental Bon Bini
Since March 2019 we have a lovely swimming pool at the house.
As the name suggests, welcome to our holiday home in Aruba. And in the period that we are not an Aruban/Dutch family there, we rent it out.
The layout is as follows:
The whole house is air-conditioned.
The sitting room has a sofa and two armchairs and of course also a smart TV with all Dutch channels sports and movie channels and Wireless internet.
A dining area and semi open kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave and a gas stove with oven. A coffee maker is also included.
A bathroom with shower with hot water and toilet. There are 2 bedrooms and these are equipped with low noise air conditioners and fans.
In addition to the cozy pool area (lockable for small children), we also have a large porch with dining table, lounge set and lovely hammocks.
Washing machine is also available.
Holiday home Bon Bini is quiet and centrally located in relation to the center and the beautiful beaches.
Holiday home Bon Bini is located on the outskirts of Oranjestad in the Tanki Leendert district.
The house is NOT located on a holiday park.
There are several shops and eateries in the immediate vicinity.
For a good rental car with air conditioning, we know a cheap and reliable address.
We have air conditioners in the house and bedrooms, but they are not supposed to be on when you are not in the room (e.g. leave air conditioning in the living room at night) or not at home. Electricity is very expensive in Aruba and overconsumption is deducted from the deposit. All windows and doors must also be closed when using the air conditioners.
The check-out time is 11 am. If no guests arrive the same day, you can use the house longer after consultation. If you want to be sure that you can leave the house after 11 am, we recommend that you book an extra night.
