We run this home as a small family business, and we put a lot of care into preparing the space for each guest. Because of this, we kindly ask for at least 1 month’s notice for cancellations. This gives us enough time to make the listing available again and secure a replacement booking.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If there is a major event or emergency, please reach out to us—we’re always willing to review the situation and make reasonable exceptions when possible.
