The house has everything you want to have a great holiday with the family: a few nice terraces, lovely sunbeds, super swimming pool, good Wifi, BBQ,... Good air con in all bedrooms (absolutely necessary), two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, really perfect. Good base to Moraira, Calpe, Altea,...

Wow what a house that is fully equipped. Not too big, but certainly not too small either. The Ibiza look of the house, the luxurious rooms with good box springs and air conditioning, luxury kitchen, beautiful swimming pool and a beautifully decorated and cozy garden. Upon arrival you will receive a friendly welcome and you will immediately be given a tour of the house. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The house was also super clean. The wifi is great and you also receive Dutch channels on TV.
We enjoyed this house and it really felt like a home.
The location where the house is located is in a quiet neighborhood, so no crowds or noise from the neighbors.
Beforehand and afterwards, the agreements made with the owner (due to covid) and the financial matters were handled very correctly.
Yes, we enjoyed it very much and who knows, maybe we will come back to this great, luxurious house.

The landlord did not make a fuss about this at all and the days not taken have been refunded. The administrators are very friendly and quick to respond to questions.
Only small downside: The Internet is very slow during the day. In the morning it goes very badly but the rest of the day it goes very badly.
