What a great holiday we had at Villa Orchidea.
Great location, in the middle of the island. About a 45 minute drive to the south, where the weather was still fine at the end of October.
The house has everything you need. Nice to go to Rethymno city in the evening and visit one of the many restaurants. In short, highly recommended.

Relaxing, walking, swimming.. and for trips on Crete it is centrally located, you can see a lot of nice beaches, cities and natural beauty in a few hours' drive. We were surprised by how green it still is everywhere. And the garden around the house is enjoyable anyway. Terrific!

We enjoyed the villa tremendously. Rarely have you seen an accommodation so complete, down to the smallest details. The private swimming pool is a party, neatly maintained by Ruud. From the location there are countless possibilities for trips, a car is really necessary. Enjoy the sunset from the roof terrace every evening. Delicious!

Villa, pool and garden are a delight providing all required for a wonderful vacation. Pigi the closest village provides good shop, butcher and taverna...perfect. Enjoy!
