Thanks for the review! It's always nice when guests take the trouble to describe the experiences. The mattresses were replaced in July 2020. We have been advised by a company that supplies mattresses to hotels, among others. Too bad these don't meet everyone's expectations. The wobbly planks will soon be replaced by something else. Due to the lockdown, it is difficult to do shopping, but we are working on it. A lot of work has already been done on the wifi at the park, but some houses still have less coverage. Very annoying of course, but we are also looking at what we can do for some specific houses.

Fortunately, you had beautiful weather last week and it sounds like you enjoyed nature and the space around you. Glad you had such a beautiful week together.

As for the internet. Since the park is located on the border with Belgium and a bit further from civilization, this is less of a priority for the providers, unfortunately. The managers of the houses have done everything they can to make the Wi-Fi as optimal as possible, but we cannot guarantee that it is as luxurious as we are often used to at home. Fortunately, our guests are in nature and on holiday and the internet is less of a priority.

We are very sorry that this went so wrong and that this was not communicated to you in time. That really shouldn't have happened. Hence our apologies and the reason we offered it as compensation. We also asked directly about your findings. We are very sorry to read the dissatisfaction in the review now. During our conversation we got the impression that everything had ended up on its feet and that in the end it was no longer a problem and that you had nice days. We would have thought it would have been fairer if you had reported the dissatisfaction immediately. In any case, we have learned that we only make a proposal for the conversion of a booking in extreme cases and that we communicate this very well with the tenants. We also keep this communication in-house and we no longer leave it to a third party.
