Because of its location, we could easily do all kinds of walks in the area.

Had pleasant contact with the owners in advance. During our holiday, they sat above us. This was cozy and sometimes useful for us because of a small calamity during our stay.
There is plenty to do in the area. Walking, cycling, towns, the Edersee. It is located in a beautiful area. Village is close by for first groceries and 20 minutes further in Frankenberg you can find everything you need in terms of groceries. Nice ice cream shop there.
(The only downside is that down at the park there was once a swimming pool, restaurant, bowling alley, miniature golf. This is close and it looks sad. That's just a shame but the owners can't do anything about it. However, there is plenty to do in the area! We didn't miss a thing.)

The managers are very friendly and pleasant communication. The cottage is beautifully situated at the end of the (quiet park). Highly recommended!

The cottage has everything you could wish for. We were here at Easter and it was still a bit chilly, the heating was on and a bottle of wine was ready. Never had such a nice cozy house before. Greet the landlady assisted us via whatsapp. At Easter, all shops are closed and you have to bake your own bread. This took some sorting out with the combi microwave. Greet thinks along and started looking on the internet and came up with advice. In the end, we came out of it. Preheat the oven and then set it to convention/grill. Cottage neatly clean, good beds.
